1. Our Textile Products – Since they are made with natural fibres and you might notice weaving imperfections which are a part of the natural texture of the fabric, we believe you would appreciate & accept.

    Hence, we do not accept Returns on our Textile products.

    However, we do accept exchange /replacement for a different color or size of our cushion covers, you may contact us : info@soulesthetic.com to check availability. We will revert within a day regarding the replacement option before you arrange for the return.

    If we do not have a replacement size /color requested by you, we will refund the amount to your source account -for details of refund pls read the refund process.

    You may then decide to send back the product.

    Pls ensure the product returned is untampered, unused or washed and is in the original packaging and tags intact along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

    Pls return the package within 1 day of receipt of the item.

    Once we receive the return-package, and on checking the condition of the product received, we will send you the replacement within 2 days. There will be no further exchanges or replacement.

    Shipping charges for exchanges /replacements will have to be borne by you.

  2. Our Leather Products – Leather is a natural material, and as such, it may exhibit variations in grain patterns, colour, texture, and other characteristics from piece to piece. These variations contribute to the unique beauty and authenticity of each leather product.

    While every effort is made to accurately represent the colours of leather products, variations in display settings and lighting conditions may impact the perceived colour. Therefore, the colour of the actual product may slightly differ from what is shown online images.

    Hence we are unable to accept exchange or returns on our leather goods.

  3. However, if you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, kindly share a photograph of the damaged/tampered package with us and please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

    Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken. In all the refund cases, the unused products must be sent back to us at the following address:

We will process the refund once we receive the returned product in its original/ intact condition and its QC is qualified for refund by the internal team.

Refunds will be made in original mode of payment.

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Please add your Bank details (Account Holders Name, Bank Name, Account No, Account Type, IFSC Code, Branch name, and cancelled cheque image) so that we can transfer the money in your account. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Soulesthetic will not validate Bank Account numbers and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Typically, all refunds are processed in about 7-10 working days, and if it’s NOT processed in this period, please email us at info@soulesthetic.com with your name, phone number and order number.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the cardholder’s issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the reference of https://soulesthetic.com/ refund process reference.
