At Soulesthetic, our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at info@soulesthetic.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
Your order will be shipped by courier or post with a delivery time of 5 to 10 days.

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
